SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH

R. PRASSL
Supporter from the very beginning. The group leader for the field of nanomedicine at the Gottfried Schatz Research Center was the doctoral dissertation supervisor for Christian Hill. Her institute provided LightMatters the laboratory and equipment essential to its start.

G. PLANK
Prof. Plank and his group are experts in the field of Computational Cardiology at the Chair of Biophysics. In cooperation with the Institute for Mathematics and Scientific Computing and DI Dr. Elias KARABELAS, the findings in the field of fluidics simulation and micro-fluidics are essential for BRAVE.

U. HOHENESTER
Specialized in theoretical nanophysics and the associated software solutions for light-matter interaction, he supports BRAVE with his vast knowledge. He is the dissertation supervisor of team member Marko Šimić.
DR. Optical Manipulation Lab.

D. COJOC
The senior scientist at IOM is the coordinator of the optical manipulation group in Trieste. His research and experimental know-how in optics, optical forces and micro-manipulation gave BRAVE lots of input. During Christian Hill's research stay, he was his mentor and secondary PhD advisor/ examiner.
